3. AppRiver Compliance / Archiving Email Add-on 

Features: 

Email Archiving is a systematic approach to saving old emails within a mailbox. Storage location can be either a local PST file, an external storage device, or a network resource. The add-on enables a variety of archiving software applications to search and index such PST files.  Archiving can be done manually or be policy-driven, and for a specific time frame.

4. AppRiver Journaling / Archival Email Add-on 

Features:  

Journaling is a way to send an exact copy of every email which passes through a client’s Exchange service to a specified email address. Both inbound and outbound messages can be journaled, and later the receiving email account can then systematically archive the messages.

Features: 

Email encryption is a way to protect any sensitive information that you send via email. The system scans the contents of all your outbound emails and automatically encrypts or takes action based on policies you define. Encryption works for any email environment to secure your mailbox far beyond its native capabilities.

Features: 

Email Threat Protection provides multilayered message filtering that permits legitimate emails while blocking malicious threats such as phishing, impersonation, malware, ransomware, and spam. All this is done automatically.

Features:

Features: 

This package has up-to-date desktop and mobile versions of Office Apps. These are:

• It also includes Web versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• File storage and sharing with 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage 

One license covers fully installed Office Apps on 5 phones, 5 tablets, and 5 PCs or Macs per user

12. Datto Business Disaster Recovery (BDR)  

Features: 

This is a reliable, image-based, all-in-one Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solution.  

• Backups directly to the Datto Cloud,  
• Includes screenshot verification, and  
• Has multiple layers of recovery capabilities including Bare Metal Restore, Rapid Rollback, and File/Folder Recovery.  

In the event of a lost or stolen PC, ransomware attack, or other disaster, customers can quickly and easily get back to normal operation as before. 

Billing: Monthly. There is an upfront equipment cost too.

13. Datto Backupify  

Features: 

Microsoft Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Calendar and Contacts are automatically backed up 3 times per day 

• Daily backups are retained for 30 days
• Weekly backups are kept for 90 days 
• Monthly backups are kept for a year, then stored for a selected retention period 
• All Datto backups are SOC 2 Type II audited, support and meet HIPAA compliance requirements, and include encryption for both data at rest and data in transit.  

They include data controls and monitoring tools, including audit logs, uptime and availability SLAs, and export capabilities

20. Managed Service – Server/PC  

Features: 

ProVent Fully Managed +Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) not only keeps computers up to date and secure, but also helps to control costs and establish stable and reasonable annual budgets.  

Our Fully Managed computer service plan covers unlimited remote support for the computer equipment, servers and whatever services you have with CCS Technologies. It also includes up to 2 onsite visits per month.  

All computers will have our ProVent Security Suite employing full Endpoint Detection and Response software (EDR), which uses artificial intelligence to quickly identify and quarantine potential ransomware threats far better than legacy antivirus software. 

21. Phishing Simulation Service   

Features: 

Using the Breach Secure Now (BSN) Phishing platform, campaigns are developed to test your e-mail users and determine if they understand the proper way to deal with threats. Reports are generated upon completion and these are discussed with the management team.

22. Provent Bundle Plus Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) 

 Features:

The ProVent Security Suite with Sentinel One EDR combines remote management with the security tools your business needs to maintain operations in today’s threat environment. It comprises three tools: 

 a. Remote Management and Audit Tool:  

The Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tool is the foundation of the ProVent Security Suite. It allows us to audit your computer’s hardware and software. We can supply you with hardware/software audits, identify systems that are beginning to fail or require replacement, and allows a technician to quickly remote into the computer when needed to fix minor issues rather than spend time and money having a tech come onsite. Windows updates are managed through the RMM tool so you can be assured that your computers are all on the same security level. 

b. SentinelOne Endpoint Detection and Response:  

ProVent includes an anti-virus solution called EDR. Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) uses artificial intelligence to provide pre-execution protection. When malicious activities are detected, the agent responds automatically, performs network isolation, auto-immunizes computers against newly discovered threats and can often rollback a computer to its pre-infected state. 

 c. Web Protection Module:  

The web protection module can block a user before he/she accidentally infects the network by clicking on a link and allowing the virus to circumvent your antivirus and firewall security. Today, this is the most common way of gaining access to your network. Web Protection can block social media sites like Facebook or sites that fall under certain categories such as gambling or social sites. Users can be put into groups and policies enabled or disabled based on day or time. 

23. ProVent – Documents Backup

Performs backups for business documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing files on your local hard drives.

ProVent 360 is a monitoring and management solution that incorporates many of our suggested products and services into a single service.  

Meant for Servers or critical computers, ProVent 360 includes  

• monitoring of daily backups,  
• application of necessary patches and updates, and  
• semi-annual test restores whereas the image file for that computers backup is mounted, tested and (optionally once per year) taken onsite and tested in a real-world environment.  
• Labor for test restores are included in the price of the service.  
• Subsequent troubleshooting of any backup related issues are not included. 
• Twice a year, audits are created and potential issues are relayed to the customer.

27. ProVent 360 – Server Business Disaster Recovery Discount  

Features: 

This is the same ProVent 360 Product we offer for Servers and Central PC’s but does not include ProVent backups. If the customer is using a backup solution that is recommended by CCS Technologies (example: BDR) and this backup solution can be monitored by CCS Technologies daily, then it can be included in our monitoring program and the customer receives a discount on our normal Provent 360 service. 

28. Server Patch/Reboot Management  

Features: 

This service verifies that backups are executing as scheduled and current for Server or Central PC 

Reboot server/PC to apply latest Windows security and feature updates and check that updates installed properly and successfully. 

Test network shares as necessary 

Test network database software (i.e. QuickBooks, Sage, etc.) as necessary 

Document changes, alerts or follow up tasks internally 

29. Security Operations Center/ Security Information and Event Management Services  

Features: 

RocketCyber’s Managed SOC (Security Operations Center) is a managed service that leverages the RocketCyber Threat Monitoring Platform detecting malicious and suspicious activity across three critical attack vectors: Endpoint, Network and Cloud.  

This service is comprised of an elite team of security veterans and experts who proactively hunt and investigate threat activity across your managed networks. RocketCyber performs the triage of detections and works with CCS Technologies on remediation when an actionable threat is discovered.  

Working as a part of the overall Endpoint Detection and Response, firewall and Office 365 structure, Security Operations Center services monitor log files from each of these sources to quickly respond to malicious activity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

30. SonicWall Management & Optimization  

Features: 

SonicWall security services turn your network firewall into a complete security solution rather than only providing rudimentary protection through Network Address Translation (NAT).  

• Keeps your network safe from known and never-before-seen viruses, intrusions, botnets, spyware, worms and other malicious attacks.  
• Licensing procurement, installation and management is included.  
• Biannual standard firmware updates included

CCS Technologies can manage the registration of your domain for a small fee which includes access and control of your DNS records as well  the required annual registration renewal fee for your domain.

32. Webhosting – Monthly Service Fee

Hosting for a single domain Content Management System (CMS) or HTML solution 

Includes database if CMS is required, Domain Registration Fee, backups of website and HTTPS Certificate for your website.
