What is a Daily Quarantined Message Report?
Our system scans incoming emails for potential threats and spam. Any messages flagged as suspicious, such as possible phishing attempts, high risk spam, or malware, are held in a secure quarantine instead of being delivered or sent to junk.
Each Day, you (and others in your organization) should receive a Daily Quarantined Message Report email summarizing the previous day’s quarantined message. This report typically includes:
- Sender details, subject lines, and date
- Secure links to a user portal for management of your quarantine
- Secure links to view quarantined messages

Not Receiving Your Daily Reports?

Using a Different Email Provider?
If your organization relies on Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), basic Microsoft 365 plans, or another standard email service, advanced quarantine and daily reporting might not be enabled by default. Many of these platforms route suspicious emails to a junk folder (or deliver them without strong warnings), which can increase risks or hide legitimate messages.
